We recommend making reservations at least one week in advance to avoid disappointment.

LAS CUEVAS SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE

This set menu is available only when all guests at the same table choose it.

Included beverages: red wine, white wine, beer, water (still or sparkling), house-made lemonades, and coffee.

Starters and desserts are served for sharing; each guest selects their own main course.

Slowly roasted for over 16 hours in the style of northern Spain. Served with a Jumilla red wine reduction with rosemary and honey. Accompanied by homemade mashed potatoes.

Rib eye grilled on volcanic stones. Served with traditional potatoes and herb butter.

GRILLED FILLET STEAK

Grilled on volcanic stones. Served with traditional potatoes and red wine sauce.

JUICY CHICKEN BREAST

Served with mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce.

With slightly spicy sauce and homemade fries.

PORK TENDERLOIN
